Who We Are
The Beginning
Altamonte Realty Inc. was established in 1953 under Talley Hattaway with the purpose of starting a modest brokerage to serve the local population of Altamonte Springs.
Quickly, the brokerage began serving as the premier broker to businesses and government entities in the acquisition and development of commercial properties. Talley became a fundamental part of the community as he brokered, bought, sold, or developed much of the land which runs along 436. Mentored under his father, Bob Hattaway continued to grow Altamonte Realty Inc. into one of the largest brokerages in Altamonte Springs during the 70’s. While continuing to purchase and develop land in Seminole County, Bob’s leadership in local and state government led to instrumental growth in the Seminole and Orange County; knowledge and leadership that continue to assist Altamonte Realty Inc’ clients today.
Blake Hattaway continues the legacy of Altamonte Realty’ impact on the community assisting in various projects in cities across Seminole, Orange, and Lake Counties.
